This system is restricted to authorized personnel of the Surat Crime Branch. Unauthorized access, sharing of credentials, or data leakage is a punishable offense under the IT Act, 2000.

1. Authorization of Use

By accessing SpyEye, you confirm that you are a sworn officer or authorized employee of the Surat Police. Your credentials are non-transferable.

3. Real-Time Data & Mapping

The system utilizes Google Maps API. Users must comply with Google’s Terms of Service while interacting with the GIS mapping and Street View features.

4. Audit & Monitoring

Every action performed on the SpyEye web portal and mobile app—including camera views, log exports, and location tracking—is recorded in the Audit Trail. These logs are subject to review by the Police Commissionerate at any time.

SpyEye employs industry-standard encryption for data at rest and in transit. Access is governed by strict Role-Based Administration to ensure users only see data necessary for their specific rank and duty.
